What will I receive once I've made a purchase?
Once you have purchased the vocal, you will immediately receive a PDF Document containing the song information, lyrics, PRO registration information (exclusive only) and a link to instantly download the stems.

You will also receive a Demo MP3 file of my vocal mix, and a copy of the License Terms & Conditions.
If you have purchased an exclusive vocal, you will also receive a document explaining how to correctly register the publishing with your Performing Rights Organisation.
Can you feature on my song when it is released?
Unfortunately not, the vocals sold on this site are sold as ghost vocals, and therefore my name cannot be credited for release. This applies to exclusive vocals too unless there has been prior communication.
Can I use the vocals commercially?
Yes of course! As long as you have used the vocal to create a new song, you can release it on streaming platforms, use it in videos or adverts as you wish. You however may not just release the acapella vocals on their own as they are, or to be sold on as any kind of sample pack, loop or on a sample website (like Splice.)
Is the instrumental included?
No, this site is selling the vocals only. The instrumentals are there purely for presentation so you can hear how they sound in a fully realised song setting.
I’d like to purchase a vocal - but I’d like to make some changes. Is this possible?
I can definitely look into it! Get in touch via the contact page with the track name and what it is you’d like me to change or add. Maybe I have a song that is just a verse and chorus and you’d like me to write another verse, or you love a chorus of one but aren’t vibing with the verses. Drop me a message and I’m sure we can work something out!
What happens if I don’t register you as a writer when I release a song with your exclusive vocal?
Unfortunately, this would result in me taking legal action. Every exclusive vocal is sold with clear terms of publishing splits between you and I (50/50 for full songs, 75/25 for hooks.) If you do not register the song correctly you will be breaking the agreement terms you agreed to when you purchased the vocal, which may result in the song being taken down from streaming platforms and potential further legal action
What equipment do you use?
I record all of my vocals on Logic Pro with a Neumann TLM 102 Microphone, Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface, and a T.akustik Vocal Head Booth for sound-dampening.
How many stems will I get with my purchase?
All of the vocals sold will come with at least one lead vocal take and two double tracks, and some will come with harmonies included.

What genre can you write & record?
My speciality lies in Dance Music, but I am able to record vocals in any style as long as it is within my physical vocal range.
Can I hear a demo to make sure I am happy with the vocals?
Yes, for custom vocals I will always send a rough demo to ensure you are happy with the songwriting before committing to recording the final vocal takes.
Can you record something I have written?
Yes! Just select this package within my ‘Custom Vocals’ section. Please make sure to submit your track with a clear guide vocal or melody, as well as the instrumental for me to record onto. If you aren’t comfortable singing, you can use a piano or other melodic instrument to show the melody and give me timestamps accompanying the lyrics.
What if I don’t like the topline you have written?
No worries! As mentioned before, I’ll send you a demo of my first draft. If you aren’t happy with the songwriting, I’ll have another try with your feedback! We can work together until you are happy with the writing before I commit to recording the final vocals. The more information you can give me at the beginning of the process regarding style, song references etc make it much easier for me to know what you’re looking for.

I want a custom vocal, but I don’t have a full track ready - can I still purchase a vocal from you?
Absolutely! I can always write an acapella for you, or even if you just have some chords or a really basic track feel free to send it over and I can write over that.
I want a custom vocal, but I’m on a budget…
No worries at all, I get it! This is why I’ve created the option for ‘Custom Non-Exclusive Vocal.’ I will work on the project as I would any custom exclusive project, but once the vocal is finished it will be available for sale to other people just as any other non-exclusive vocal on my site. This way you can still stay in your budget, but get the experience of working with me to get exactly what you want. If you are not happy for me to present the vocal with your instrumental, that is absolutely fine - I will recreate a different sounding track to lie underneath for presentation purposes.
